Data Integration Specialist

Gelia, a top 15 B2B marketing communications agency in the US with offices in Buffalo, NY and Raleigh, NC, is seeking candidates for a Data Integration Specialist to join our fast-paced marketing agency and become the connective tissue between our media platforms, web analytics, CRM tools, and lead generation systems.

You’ll ensure seamless data flows, reliable reporting, and clean, actionable insights that power strategic decisions for our clients.

Responsibilities include:

• Integrate data across platforms including paid media channels (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, programmatic platforms), websites, CRMs, and lead gen tools
• Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot data pipelines for accuracy, completeness, and efficiency
• Work directly with cross-functional teams— analytics, media, strategy, direct, social, and account service —to understand data needs and deliver relevant solutions
• Implement and optimize ETL workflows that unify structured and unstructured data
• Lead integrations and data syncing with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Business Intelligence, PowerBI, Looker Studio, etc.
• Automate reporting processes using Python and/or SQL where applicable
• Maintain strong data governance, documentation, and validation practices
• Provide support for campaign tracking, performance analytics, and attribution modeling

Qualifications:

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification (must-have)
• Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and automation
• Experience with Salesforce reporting tools or Salesforce Business Intelligence (preferred)
• Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, and marketing data platforms
• Experience working with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tag Manager)

Preferred Experience/Skills:

• Experience in a marketing agency or fast-paced digital environment
• Familiarity with tools like Fivetran, Zapier, Segment, or similar integration platforms
• Understanding of marketing attribution models and campaign performance metrics
• Knowledge of data privacy best practices (GDPR, CCPA)

Salary Range:

• $55,000 - $65,000
