Media Account Coordinator

Gelia, a top 10 B2B marketing communications agency in the US with offices in Buffalo, NY, Raleigh, NC, and Peoria, IL, is seeking qualified candidates for a Media Account Coordinator position in our Buffalo, NY office. This entry level administrative role supports both traditional and digital media planning and buying, administration, and ad operations. An ideal candidate is self-starting and numbers oriented/analytical with strong attention to detail. This position will provide an excellent foundation for professional growth.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Generation of insertion orders, distributing to appropriate vendors and internal teams
  • Quality control of creative materials, invoice approval and reconciliation
  • Multi-channel media schedule updates and report maintenance
  • Assist in the implementation and management of digital ad campaigns and operations

Qualified candidates should possess:

  • A minimum Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong communication and computer skills (including Microsoft Office and Excel)
  • Ability to establish and meet deadlines, change direction when necessary, and manage multiple projects at once
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as within a team
  • Previous office experience preferred
