PR Account Manager

Gelia is seeking candidates for a Public Relations Account Manager position.

Candidates for this position should be prepared to assist in the development of global public relations campaigns for business-to-business clients. Activities include developing and advancing relationships with clients; assisting in the formulation of strategic plans and targeted materials to support initiatives; integrating efforts with other marketing communications endeavors; and securing positive, measurable media coverage that contributes to client objectives.

Qualified candidates should possess:

• Four-plus years of professional experience in public relations, communications, marketing, or a related field.
• Strong and varied writing capabilities, including a mastery of AP style.
• Refined verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in pitching and securing media coverage.

A bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations, English, marketing, or a related field is required.
